Our founder, John Johnson is a registered Accounting Officer and Tax Practitioner with more than 20 years experience, some of which were gained in government finance.
He specializes in full Accounting system implementation and Tax consulting in both corporate and non-profit organisations. In addition, he advises entrepreneurs on how to structure their business/s and tax affairs and can sign off the Financial Statements of Close Corporations, Body Corporates, Trusts and Sole Proprietors.
He also implements monthly management accounts and daily cash flow systems enabling businesses to follow a more “hands on” approach. He is a member of the South African Institute for Business Accountants (SAIBA), and The South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT). In addition, John Johnson is an approved Tax Practitioner with the South African Revenue Services (SARS)
